- Include your registered phone number and email address so we can verify account ownership.
- Our team will confirm your request and complete deletion within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your Riders user profile and account identifiers.
- Saved addresses and in-app preferences linked to your account.
- Support metadata not required for legal or fraud-prevention obligations.
What May Be Retained
- Transaction records, invoices, and tax-related records required by law.
- Security and fraud-prevention logs retained for a limited compliance period.
- Records needed to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce legal rights.
If you only want specific data removed instead of full account deletion, include that in your email and we will guide you.
